The Rose and Crown hotel offers modern conference facilities in ambient 14th century surroundings. Apart from the usual conference facilities we can also provide all the necessary audio visual equipment to make your conference a success.

Our aim is to make sure your conference is a success:

- Free car park and WIFI available.
- Our meeting rooms can accommodate between 2 and 100 delegates on a day or 24 hour rate.

Day Delegate rate £37.00 per person includes
- Tea and coffee and mini Danish pastries or bacon rolls on arrival
- Mid morning tea/coffee and biscuits
- Finger buffet items with hot beverages (served in the meeting room)
- Afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits
- Flip chart and pens, OHP, iced water/mints, note paper and pencil
24 hour Delegate rate £135.00 per person includes
- Tea and coffee and mini Danish pastries or bacon rolls on arrival
