Christmas party nights at The Rose and Crown Hotel Colchester are perfect for small groups of friends or family celebrating together, right the way up to a large corporate Christmas party.
Arrive from 7pm, with dinner served at 8pm from our three course Christmas menu. Followed by a night of dancing with our resident DJ until midnight.
You’ll also have a dedicated events manager to help you every step of the way.
Our Rose Suite is the perfect Christmas party venue with its own private entrance, dance floor, toilets and private bar.
This stunning room features original oak beams from the 14th century; it’s a very traditional room which looks stunning over the festive season.
During your Christmas party you’ll also enjoy access to our ‘Secret Garden’, the perfect place to escape for some fresh air.

Christmas party nights are open to adults over 18. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required within seven days of booking, with full payment and menu choices due 30 days before your Christmas party.

The Rose and Crown Hotel is one of the most popular Christmas party venues in Colchester thanks to our location, just a 20 minute walk away from the town centre.
Being near Colchester town centre means that there are great public transport links for anyone arriving by train or bus. We’re just 1.6 miles from Colchester train station.
We have FREE parking with 35 spaces available, although this can get busy at peak times. You’ll find FREE on-street parking from 6pm-8am in the surrounding area and the nearest public car park is Priory Street Car Park.
