Standard Reservation Terms and Conditions

Should you wish to cancel your reservation you must contact the hotel no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival date. After this time a minimum charge of the first night’s accommodation will occur.

Special Offer and Reduced Rate Terms and Conditions

Special offers or reduced rate reservations will be fully pre-paid in advance at the point of reservation and are non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation.

Your room will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival and checkout is at 11am on the day of departure.

Please be aware, all of our bedrooms are non-smoking.

Guest Celebrations and Possible Noise

We love helping our guests celebrate life’s special moments, from weddings to milestone birthdays. At times, this could mean there is occasionally music and merriment, which will end at midnight.

We will do our best to allocate quieter rooms, but we can’t always guarantee this. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns and we’ll do our best to assist you.

1. The prize will consist of a voucher for a one night luxury hotel break for 2 people in one of our 4 poster bedrooms on a room-only basis.
2. Voucher valid for 12 months from issue.
3. All entries received by 23rd November 2025 will be entered into a prize draw. Winner will be selected at random by 25th November 2025.
4. Voucher can be used Sunday-Friday only and cannot be used on the following dates – 1st – 31st December 2025, 3rd – 5th April 2026, 3rd May 2026, 24th May 2026 and 30th August 2026.
5. To enter the giveaway you must ‘Like’ the competition post on Instagram or Facebook and tell us in the comments who you would bring with you.
6. Employees/contractors/families of the Promoter and any companies associated to the Promoter are not eligible to enter this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
7. The winner will be notified by email within two working days of the draw. The winner will be required to respond within 7 days of notification confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event that a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and award select an alternative winner.
8. Any incorrect information provided will render the entry void.
