Adapters: A limited supply is available from Reception. Please return them at check-out. The hotel is not liable for any damage to your devices.

Blankets: Extra blankets can be found in your wardrobe.
Books: We offer a small “Take a Book, Leave a Book” selection. Please ask at Reception.

On Sundays between 09:00–10:00, there may be a short wait for a table. Please help yourself to juice from the buffet and wait in the lounge area.

Payment & Property

Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Damage to Property: Guests are liable for any damage. A pre-authorisation is taken at check-in and released after inspection by housekeeping.
Keys: Please return room keys at check-out. A £5 charge applies for unreturned keys.

Dry Cleaning: Available Monday–Friday (except Bank Holidays). Leave laundry and list at Reception by 09:00. Returned next day.
Iron & Ironing Board: In most wardrobes. Contact Reception if not provided.

Fire & Medical Emergency: Dial 999 and inform Reception.
Fire Alarm Test: Mondays at 10:00.
Fire Exits: Use only in emergencies. Follow evacuation maps on your door.
